Wall Resisting Single Leg Calf Raise Right
Muscles worked: Calves
Wall Resisting Single Leg Calf Raise Right mirrors the left version: facing the wall, the right calf rises and lowers on its own while the wall steadies you.
Rise fully, lower slowly, and keep the ankle tracking straight rather than rolling inward or outward. Match the left side's reps so both calves progress together.
How to do it
- Stand facing a wall and press lightly into it with your hands for balance.
- Stand on your right foot with the standing knee soft, not locked.
- Rise fully onto the ball of your right foot.
- Lower slowly back down with control.
- Keep the ankle tracking straight rather than rolling inward or outward, and match the left side's reps so both calves progress together.
