Privacy Policy

Your account and workout data are stored on the Har Ghar Fitness server and used only for this app. Har Ghar Fitness itself runs no analytics and does not track you. Advertising can appear through the advertising tag described in ‘Advertising’ below, and promotional messages can only arrive as push notifications you allow (see ‘Push notifications’ below). Google sign-in only verifies your email (see ‘Google sign-in’ below).

What is stored, and where

Accounts: your name, email and a securely hashed password (never your password itself) on the Har Ghar Fitness server. Workouts and preferences: your history, settings and profile on the same server, with a copy saved in this browser so the app works offline. Guest mode keeps data only in this browser until you sign up, when it moves to the server.

Google sign-in

If you use Continue with Google, Google verifies that the email belongs to you and returns your name and email to this app’s sign-in service. The service uses them only to create or link your server account. Your workouts, history and preferences are stored on the fitness server for your account — never sent to Google or anyone else. Google’s own handling of your Google account is governed by Google’s privacy policy. To remove the Google link, delete your account in Settings (see Backup & data) — there is no separate unlink button.

What is shared

Your account and workout data are stored on the Har Ghar Fitness server for your account only. Har Ghar Fitness itself runs no analytics and does not track you, and your data is not sold or shared with anyone. Advertising comes from the advertising tag (see ‘Advertising’ below) and from push notifications you allow (see ‘Push notifications’ below). Your account and workout data are not sent to the advertising tag provider by us. Google sign-in only verifies your email (see ‘Google sign-in’ above) — Google never receives your fitness data.

Advertising

Har Ghar Fitness loads an advertising tag from quge5 on the website and in the app. That tag runs third-party code in your browser, may set its own storage and markers, and may show advertising. How quge5 handles its own data is governed by quge5’s own policy. Har Ghar Fitness does not send your account or workout data to quge5.

Measurements

Weight and height you log in Report are stored with your account on the Har Ghar Fitness server, or only in this browser for guests, and used only to show your BMI and measurement history. They are never sold or shared with anyone. Deleting your account deletes them from the server and this device; guests remove them with “Delete local data” in Backup & data. BMI is general information only, not medical advice.

Share and Feedback need your tap

Share opens your device share sheet only when you tap it. Feedback opens WhatsApp to +919905166009 only when you tap it — nothing is sent automatically.

Export and delete

Export downloads a file with your data to this device. Delete local data removes workout history and preferences from this device. Delete account (Settings, signed in) deletes your account and all its data from the server and this device, and signs you out. Guests: use “Delete local data” in Backup & data — there is no signed-in account to delete.

Password recovery by email

If you forget your password, use Forgot Password on the login screen. We send a 6-digit code to your email; entering the code lets you set a new password. Codes expire in 10 minutes and stop working after 5 wrong tries. Google-only accounts cannot reset by email — use Continue with Google instead.

Push notifications

Har Ghar Fitness may ask your browser for permission to send push notifications. They are only sent if you allow them. If you allow them, they may include workout reminders and promotional messages, including advertisements from advertising partners. You can stop them at any time in your browser or device notification settings. Blocking notifications does not affect your account or your workouts. Workout reminders are sent only to signed-in users who turn reminders on in Settings, only on their scheduled workout days at their chosen time. Reminder subscription data (the browser endpoint and keys, your timezone, reminder time and days) is stored only to deliver reminders, is never sold or shared, and is deleted when you turn reminders off and when you delete your account.
