Wall Resisting Single Leg Calf Raise Left
Muscles worked: Calves
Wall Resisting Single Leg Calf Raise Left is a single-leg calf raise done facing a wall, pressing lightly into the wall for resistance and balance while the left calf does the lifting.
Keep the standing leg's knee soft, rise fully onto the ball of the foot, and lower slowly. The wall is there for stability — the calf should still do all of the lifting.
How to do it
- Stand facing a wall and press lightly into it with your hands for balance.
- Stand on your left foot with the standing knee soft, not locked.
- Rise fully onto the ball of your left foot.
- Lower slowly back down with control.
- The wall is there for stability — the calf should still do all of the lifting; keep the ankle tracking straight rather than rolling.
