Froggy Glute Lifts
Muscles worked: Legs, Glutes & Hips
Froggy Glute Lifts are a floor glute exercise done on your stomach or in a frog position, lifting the legs to work the glutes and hamstrings together.
Keep the movement small and squeeze your glutes at the top of each lift, rather than swinging your legs high. Your lower back should stay relaxed — if it starts arching, lower the range and slow down.
How to do it
- Lie face down with your legs in a relaxed frog position, knees open.
- Lift your legs a small way, squeezing your glutes at the top of each lift.
- Keep the movement small rather than swinging your legs high.
- Lower with control.
- Keep your lower back relaxed — if it starts arching, lower the range and slow down.
