Bottom Leg Lift Left
Muscles worked: Inner Thighs & Hips
Bottom Leg Lift Left works the inner thigh of the bottom leg from a side-lying position: lying on your left side, you lift the bottom (left) leg a short way off the floor.
Keep your body in a straight line and lift only a few centimetres — this is a small, precise movement, and a big swing recruits the wrong muscles. Keep your waist still and let the inner thigh do the lifting.
How to do it
- Lie on your left side, stacked in a straight line, with your top leg still.
- Lift your bottom (left) leg a short way off the floor with control.
- Keep your body in a straight line and lift only a few centimetres — this is a small, precise movement, and a big swing recruits the wrong muscles.
- Keep your waist still and let the inner thigh do the lifting.
- Lower slowly back down.
