Jumping Push-Ups
Muscles worked: Chest · Also: Biceps, Shoulders, Triceps
Jumping Push-Ups are an explosive push-up: you press up hard enough that your hands leave the floor briefly, then land softly and go into the next rep.
Land with soft elbows and a braced core — stiff landings jar the wrists and shoulders. Only attempt these when regular push-ups feel solid, and keep the sets short so the explosive form stays clean.
How to do it

- Land with soft elbows and a braced core — stiff landings jar the wrists and shoulders.
