Standing Biceps Stretch Right
Muscles worked: Biceps, Shoulders
Standing Biceps Stretch Right stretches the right biceps and front shoulder: extend the right arm and let it lengthen with a gentle, steady pull.
Don't force the arm back or bounce into the stretch. A mild, steady hold is the whole exercise, and both sides should get the same time.
How to do it
- Stand tall and extend your right arm back or to the side.
- Let the front of the arm lengthen with a gentle, steady pull.
- Do not force the arm back or bounce into the stretch.
- Hold while breathing normally.
- A mild, steady hold is the whole exercise, and both sides should get the same time.
