Standing Biceps Stretch Left
Muscles worked: Biceps, Shoulders
Standing Biceps Stretch Left stretches the left biceps and front of the shoulder from standing: you extend the left arm back or to the side and let the front of the arm lengthen gently.
Keep the stretch mild and your shoulder relaxed — a biceps stretch should feel like a gentle pull, not a strain. Hold it while breathing normally, then switch to the right side.
How to do it
- Stand tall and extend your left arm back or to the side.
- Let the front of the arm lengthen gently.
- Keep the stretch mild and your shoulder relaxed — a biceps stretch should feel like a gentle pull, not a strain.
- Hold it while breathing normally.
- Switch to the right side for the same time.
