Oblique Crossover Crunch Left
Muscles worked: Abs & Core
Oblique Crossover Crunch Left is a diagonal crunch for the left oblique: lying on your back, you lift and twist so your right elbow works toward your left knee.
Twist from your waist and keep the movement slow — the goal is a deliberate rotation, not speed. Keep your lower back on the floor and your neck relaxed, and let the left side of your waist do the turning.
How to do it
- Lie on your back with your knees bent.
- Lift and twist so your right elbow works toward your left knee.
- Twist from your waist and keep the movement slow — the goal is a deliberate rotation, not speed.
- Keep your lower back on the floor and your neck relaxed.
- Let the left side of your waist do the turning, then lower back down with control.
