Chest Press Pulse
Muscles worked: Chest, Shoulders
Chest Press Pulse is a small-range chest move: holding your arms in a pressing position in front of your chest, you pulse them in short, controlled movements rather than full presses.
The pulses are tiny — a few centimetres each — and the chest stays under tension throughout. Keep your shoulders down and your core steady, and focus on feeling the chest work rather than on moving far.
How to do it
- Hold your arms in a pressing position in front of your chest.
- Pulse your arms in short, controlled movements — just a few centimetres each.
- Keep the chest under tension throughout; do not relax between pulses.
- Keep your shoulders down and your core steady.
- Focus on feeling the chest work rather than on moving far.
