Arm Circles Clockwise
Muscles worked: Shoulders · Also: Biceps
Arm Circles Clockwise are arm circles drawn in the clockwise direction: arms out, small steady circles, shoulders doing the work.
Keep your posture tall, your arms at shoulder height, and the circles smooth and even. Reverse direction after your set so both rotational directions get covered.
How to do it
- Stand tall with your arms out to the sides at shoulder height.
- Draw small, steady circles clockwise, with your shoulders doing the work.
- Keep your posture tall and the circles smooth and even.
- This is a warm-up, so it should feel easy and loosen the joints.
- Reverse direction after your set so both rotational directions get covered.
